To claim your warranty simply send us a picture of your plant to help@bloomineasyplants.com and we’ll issue you store credit for the amount you paid for each plant in your claim. Shipping costs not included in store credit reimbursements.

Our guarantees do not cover issues related to neglect or purchasing plants not suitable for your area. Please refer to the growing zone information on the product page to ensure the plants you buy are rated to survive and thrive in your area.
